The service

SameWhen helps people gather availability and find overlapping free time. Anyone with an event link can view the event and, subject to the product flows, join and paint availability. There are no user accounts.

Your responsibilities

• Use the product for scheduling among people who expect to share a link — not for abuse, spam, or harassment.
• Do not enter sensitive personal data you would not want visible to anyone who has the link.
• Treat event links as secrets for that group; possession of the link is the access model.

No warranty

SameWhen is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability
